Artist/Music Spotlight: Jason Gray-Remind Me Who I Am

This song is one of my favorites. I would like to dedicate it to you.
Check out the video because the cards that the people hold up in the beginning touch on negative labels that we may have been given by others and sometimes by ourselves.
As Jason sings the last set of labels that the people hold up in the video shows the way the Lord thinks of us and how in Him we can think about ourselves.

This song is one of my favorites. I would like to dedicate it to you. It is a bit of an oldie but still a goody. I have included the condensed lyrics because I love poetry and the video so you can hear the words with the music.

Check out the video because the cards that the people hold up in the beginning touch on negative labels that we may have been given by others and sometimes by ourselves.

Labels that we take on sometimes and that we can have a hard time shaking. Sometimes our behaviors line up with these negative labels but they do not have to.

As Jason sings the last set of labels that the people hold up in the video shows the way the Lord thinks of us and how in Him we can think about ourselves. I hope you'll listen to it and watch the video when you have those days where you need to be reminded of who you are in Christ.

No matter how you may have messed up God considers you HIS beloved.

Love, Ann

When I lose my way,
And I forget my name
Remind me who I am
In the mirror all I see
Is who I don't wanna be
Remind me who I am

In the loneliest places
When I can't remember what grace is

Tell me, once again
Who I am to You, who I am to You
Tell me, lest I forget
Who I am to You, that I belong to You
To You

When my heart is like a stone,
And I'm running far from home
Remind me who I am
When I can't receive Your love
Afraid I'll never be enough
Remind me who I am

If I'm Your beloved can You help me believe it

Tell me, once again
Who I am to you, who I am to You
Tell me, lest I forget
Who I am to you, that I belong to You
To You

I'm the one You love, I'm the one You love
That will be enough, I'm the one You love

Tell me, once again
Who I am to you, who I am to You
Tell me, lest I forget
Who I am to you, that I belong to You
